What TV shows do they watch, or email client they use? What are their likes, dislikes, could you tell me? You need to find out more about your customers so you know what makes them tick, and how best to serve them.

It’s something so simple but it can shed light on potential profit areas for your business. It can also help you figure out what would be the best ways to market to them. Imagine if you knew the similarities of all your clients, then used that information to find other potential clients with the same similarities. That is the power of knowing your customer!
